Seyfarth's LA litigation practice head moves to Foley
Francis J. Burke Jr. - who also launched and co-leads Seyfarth's fraud and abuse, false claims and internal investigations team - will split his time between Foley's Palo Alto and San Francisco offices.

Foley & Lardner LLP has grabbed the chairman of Seyfarth Shaw LLP's Los Angeles litigation practice for its Northern California offices, sources confirmed Tuesday.
Francis J. Burke Jr. - who also launched and co-leads Seyfarth's fraud and abuse, false claims and internal investigations team - will work in Foley's Palo Alto and San Francisco offices.
