Wilson, Cooley guide $1 billion cybersecurity buy

Milpitas-based FireEye picks up competitor Mandiant in $1 billion stock-heavy deal.

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC represented Milpitas-based cybersecurity company FireEye Inc. in its $1 billion purchase last week of competitor Mandiant Corp., which had counsel from Cooley LLP.
