Northern District judicial nominees will have to start again next year

After the adjournment of the Senate for the holidays, the three Northern District hopefuls on the cusp of confirmation will be sent back to the White House to go through the process all over again.

The Northern District bench was denied an early Christmas gift that would have added three new judges to its ranks last week. Instead, after the adjournment of the Senate for the holidays, the three nominees on the cusp of confirmation will be sent back to the White House to go through the process all over again.
