Court reverses decision tossing bribery and conspiracy charges against developer, official

The Supreme Court's move could give San Bernardino County prosecutors another crack at counts accusing a developer and several county officials in a bribery scheme to the tune of $102 million.

The California Supreme Court on Monday reversed an appellate panel's decision to toss bribery and conspiracy charges in one of the state's largest corruption scandals in recent years.
