Firms guide $4.3 billion REIT merger

Latham & Watkins LLP and Goodwin Procter LLP are among the firms who worked on Essex Property Trust Inc.'s approximately $4.3 billion acquisition of BRE Properties Inc.

More than two dozen Latham & Watkins LLP lawyers up and down the state represented San Francisco-based residential real estate investment trust BRE Properties Inc. in its approximately $4.3 billion sale to Essex Property Trust Inc.
