Bank executive gets 20-month prison term

A San Francisco federal judge sent a former bank executive to 20 months in prison earlier this week, and ordered he pay $360,000 in restitution for defrauding a widow.

A San Francisco federal judge sent a former bank executive to prison earlier this week, and ordered he pay $360,000 in restitution for signing $1.8 million in unauthorized checks from a widowed client directed to his family, girlfriend and to pay off his own credit cards.
