Bourbon Chocolate Bread Pudding with Caramel Whiskey Sauce

Seyfarth Shaw LLP associate Coby Turner came up with a recipe that uses whiskey in chocolate bread pudding, which has become a regular at the holidays.

After a trip to Ireland and Scotland a couple years ago, Seyfarth Shaw LLP associate Coby Turner and her husband brought home several unusual whiskeys. At a dinner party, Turner decided to incorporate some of the whiskey into several dishes including a chocolate bread pudding. The guests loved her "experiment," she said, and now the bread pudding is a staple of her holiday table.
