Nossaman LLP associate Tae Yeon Do and her chef husband, Young Do, created this festively striped parfait that would make a sweet end to a holiday meal. The ingredients aren't hard to find, and you can substitute any biscuit for the ginger snap cookies. The pudding and sauce can also be made well ahead and assembled shortly before serving. "It looks extravagant but is easy to make," Mrs. Do said. "It's colorful and it tastes good."
