A nationwide class of female Costco Wholesale Corp. employees moved to settle a long-running gender discrimination lawsuit late Tuesday, laying out an unusually tailor-made system for awarding damages to individual class members and placing $8 million in a settlement fund to begin the process.
Separately, lawyers for the workers filed a motion requesting $5.23 million in attorney fees.
