Reed Smith grabs Wilson Sonsini lawyer in Palo Alto

PALO ALTO - Reed Smith LLP added George A. Willman as a partner to its corporate and securities group in Palo Alto, the firm announced Tuesday.


Willman, who officially started Monday, previously practiced for 17 years in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC, where he focused on technology transactions and intellectual property counseling.
