Justices take conservative approach to publication

So far this year, the seven justices in Riverside have published 41 opinions - roughly 4.5 percent of the 900 opinions the court has issued in 2013. But according to the AOC, the division publishes at a much smaller rate than its peers.

RIVERSIDE - When determining whether an opinion should be published and added to the state's ever-burgeoning body of law, justices in Division 2 of the 4th District Court of Appeal will tell you they follow the same standards as their colleagues across the state.
