JAMS neutrals to handle $2.5 billion settlement over hip implants

John K. Trotter and Catherine Yanni, two longtime neutrals, will oversee the implementation of the massive settlement involving thousands of cases against Johnson & Johnson.

Two JAMS neutrals were appointed to a three-person team that will help implement the settlement of thousands of cases against Johnson & Johnson for allegedly faulty hip implants.


The settlement, announced late last month, will put to rest 8,000 lawsuits across the country for $2.5 billion.
