Nonprofit group sues City of San Francisco over construction of O'Shaughnessey Dam
A nonprofit fighting to restore the Hetch Hetchy Valley in Yosemite National Park sued the city of San Francisco Tuesday alleging its construction of the O'Shaughnessey Dam and filling of the Hetch Hetchy Valley violates the state constitutional ban on diverting water in an unreasonable way.
