Ramani scored a total victory in April last year when a plaintiff patent holding company withdrew its case against his clients.


The plaintiff, Straight Path Communications Inc., accused Toshiba Corp., Sony Corp., Google Inc. and others of using technology in the U.S. that infringed patents related to video streaming.
