Ulin continues to represent broadcast television networks NBCUniversal Inc., CBS Broadcasting Inc. and Walt Disney Co.'s ABC in the fight against copyright infringing Internet streaming services.


Following the U.S. Supreme Court decision last June in American Broadcasting Companies Inc. v. Aereo Inc., Ulin won a contempt order against FilmOn.com Inc., an Internet streaming service that claims to use similar technology as that of Aereo Inc.
