Lynne Hermle hired to represent Twitter to fight gender discrimination claim
Twitter Inc. has hired the same defense team that successfully represented venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers against similar allegations of sexual discrimination and retaliation brought by a female employee.

Twitter Inc. has hired the same defense team that successfully represented venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers against similar allegations of sexual discrimination and retaliation brought by a female employee.
