American Apparel sued for recent layoffs

Vowing further legal action against company, lawyer claims that American Apparel did not give employees proper notification before dismissal.

Vowing to send a "tidal wave" of new lawsuits against American Apparel Inc., the lawyer for former CEO Dov Charney has sued the clothing retailer for laying off more than 200 workers without proper notification.
