2nd Circuit to consider Flo & Eddie copyright case

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals granted a petition Wednesday from Sirius XM Radio Inc. to hear a copyright case between the satellite radio company and the lead vocalists of the 1960s pop band The Turtles.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals granted a petition Wednesday from Sirius XM Radio Inc. to hear a copyright case between the satellite radio company and the lead vocalists of the 1960s pop band The Turtles.
