A former Apple Inc. employee alleges he was fired for being black, according to a wrongful termination lawsuit filed this week in San Francisco County Superior Court.
Kevin Eison was fired in April 2013 when his supervisor said Eison allowed an unapproved video recording in an Apple store in San Francisco, according to the complaint.
