Craft beer is big news these days. Larger craft breweries like Stone Brewing, Lagunitas Brewing, and Sierra Nevada Brewing are building new, state-of-the art breweries to keep up with the public's insatiable thirst for craft beers, while hundreds of smaller craft breweries are opening up across the nation. But with this explosive growth comes growing pains, particularly as to trademarks.
