9th Circuit overturns death penalty, and redacts inmate's name
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned the death penalty for an inmate whose history of sexual abuse as a minor was overlooked by his attorney on Tuesday. The panel also redacted his name from the opinion.
