Brocade Executive Gets Four Months, $1.25 Million Fine

Warning that corporate wrongdoers will face a lifetime of regret for their white-collar crimes, a federal judge on Wednesday ordered a former Brocade Communications Systems chief to spend four months behind bars and pay a $1.25 million fine for her role in the company’s stock options backdating scandal.
