Tosco Settles Case Brought By Workers In Explosion

OAKLAND - Rather than proceed with a trial that posed risks for both sides, Tosco Corp. and two former employees have reached a settlement that will compensate the employees for injuries suffered in a horrific 1999 refinery explosion that killed four workers.
