Wilson Sonsini: DOUBLECLICK BUYS L90'S ADMONITOR TECHNOLOGY
New York's DoubleClick Inc. agreed to acquire the technology assets of Marina del Rey-based L90 Inc. Neither company would disclose the terms of the deal.
DoubleClick provides targeted ad service for 2,000 Web sites. It collects and analyzes audience behavior, giving clients the ability to tailor their ad campaigns according to the data.
