McCutchen Doyle: HYNIX SELLS COMMON STOCK IN MAXTOR FOR $115 MILLION
San Jose's Hynix Semiconductor America Inc., subsidiary of South Korea's Hynix Semiconductor Inc., has raised $115 million in financing through a sale of common stock.
