Hip Implant Case May Proceed Despite U.S. Court Order

OAKLAND - An Oakland judge has ruled that two California men on the verge of death may proceed with product liability suits against the manufacturer of faulty hip implants even though a federal judge overseeing a national class action has enjoined all state actions in the case.
