Beckman & Lewis: HLC HOTELS PURCHASES HISTORIC INN FROM UBS

Savannah, Ga.-based Marshall House Inc., an affiliate of London's UBS Warburg, sold The Marshall House to HLC Hotels Inc., also of Savannah. Neither company disclosed the terms of the deal.
