S.D. Judge Nabs Spot On Court of Appeal
LOS ANGELES - San Diego Superior Court Judge Judith McConnell has been confirmed as an associate justice of the 4th District Court of Appeal, Division One.
At a public hearing held in the Supreme Court Courtroom of the Ronald Reagan State Office Building in Los Angeles on Wednesday, the Commission on Judicial Appointments confirmed McConnell's appointment unanimously.
