Burn Victims May Be Able To Sue Tosco

SAN FRANCISCO - A Contra Costa County judge signaled Thursday that he is willing to allow trial on a limited basis in an unusual case, in which two refinery employees are attempting to sue their employer for injuries suffered from a devastating 1999 explosion.
