Suits Allege Immigration-Consulting Fraud

LOS ANGELES - In a continuing effort to crack down on unscrupulous immigration consultants, the state attorney general's office Wednesday filed civil complaints against three major consulting firms and seven Los Angeles area lawyers for allegedly bilking clients out of thousands of dollars.
