Online real estate investment company taps new GC

Realty Mogul Co., an online peer-to-peer real estate investment platform, has brought in Ryan T. Sakamoto as the company's new general counsel. Sakamoto replaces Lawrence J. Fassler, who stepped dwon from the role earlier this month.

in Ryan T. Sakamoto as the company's new general counsel. Sakamoto officially took
the position in mid-June to replace Lawrence J. Fassler. The company announced Sakamoto's
