Search for Orange County court record-tampering culprit continues

Following a recent revelation that upwards of 1,000 cases at the courthouse had been tampered with, Judge Thomas J. Borris has summoned dozens of defendants and their attorneys to re-examine cases allegedly fraught with errors.
