Court OKs Musick Jail Expansion

The 25-year battle over whether to expand an existing jail in suburban Orange County may be over. An appellate court decision clears the way for officials to add facilities to the James A. Musick Branch Jail near the deactivated El Toro Marine Corps Air Station to house nearly six times its current number of inmates.
