DA Won't File Charges in Case of Runaway Jeep

LOS ANGELES - The families of two men killed earlier this year by horror film director Eric Red's runaway jeep when it crashed through the walls of a West Los Angeles billiard hall said Friday that they are stunned by the district attorney's decision not to file criminal charges against him.
