LOS ANGELES - Services have been conducted for former longtime Los Angeles attorney Frederick I. Marr. Marr, a member of the federal death penalty panel and a specialist in Native American-related law issues, died unexpectedly Nov. 29 at his home in Brentwood, Tenn. He was 58.
