Race discrimination appears to be alive and well in the state of California, according to two recent jury verdicts. The cost of racial slurs, biased treatment and outright racial prejudice is a combined total of $133.3 million assessed against two companies, one in the United States, the other in Taiwan but employing workers in the United States.
