Panel May Order LAPD to Untie Knot With Scouts

LOS ANGELES - A divided Los Angeles Board of Police Commissioners on Tuesday signaled that it may end the Los Angeles Police Department's affiliation with the Boy Scouts of America unless the 90-year-old scouting group changes its policy discriminating against homosexuals.
