Smoking Trial Ends in Bar Owners' Probation

SAN DIEGO - A judge has placed owners of the Mira Mesa Inn on three years' probation and ordered them to close their business for two consecutive days after they were convicted in California's first jury trial of a bar owner charged with allowing an employee to smoke behind the bar.
