Technician To Stand Trial for Reusing Needles

PALO ALTO - A Santa Clara County judge has ruled that a former Palo Alto medical technician must stand trial on six felony counts, including assault with a deadly weapon, because she re-used syringes while drawing blood, thereby exposing patients to deadly diseases.
