Solectron Corp. has agreed to buy NatSteel Electronics Ltd. for $2.4 billion. Solectron, based in Milpitas, makes electronics parts for businesses in the computer, electronics, communications and semiconductor industries. Customers include Cisco Systems Inc., Hewlett-Packard Co. and IBM.
