Homestore.com Inc. is buying Cendant Corp.'s Move.com Group for $761 million in stock. Thousand Oaks-based Homestore.com runs three separate Web sites for the real estate industry. The company's Realtor.com site lists homes for sale, while its HomeBuilder.com site features listings of lots, builders and new homes.
