Class action dismissed after plaintiffs can't find lawyer

A Santa Clara County Superior Court judge on Monday dismissed a securities class action against Solectron Corp.

A Santa Clara County Superior Court judge on Monday dismissed a securities class action against Solectron Corp., eight of its directors and officers, and successor company Flextronics International Ltd., putting to bed a case that had inspired mudslinging among a plaintiffs' law firm, a former lawyer and the class representative.
