Attorney and wife accused of insider trading, will pay to settle SEC case

Shivbir Grewal, formerly an attorney at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth PC, will pay $90,000 to the Securities and Exchange Commission, the federal agency said Monday.

A Southern California lawyer and his wife have been accused of insider trading and will pay $90,000 to the Securities and Exchange Commission to settle the case, the federal agency said Monday.
