Three Irvine attorneys vie for spot on State Bar's board of trustees

A District 5 seat has been filled by a Bakersfield prosecutor but three attorneys are running for a District 4 seat. The results will be posted in March.

A Kern County prosecutor has won a seat on the State Bar Board of Trustees while three others are vying for a second opening.


Brandon N. Stallings of the Kern County district attorney's office, based in Bakersfield, was the only candidate running for next year's open District 5 seat, currently held by Bakersfield attorney David A. Torres, whose term is ending.
