Film financier dismisses claims

Film financier David Bergstein has dismissed claims against Filmyard Holdings LLC, the entity he assisted in facilitating its $660 million purchase of Miramax Film Co. in 2010.

LOS ANGELES -- Film financier David Bergstein has dismissed claims against Filmyard Holdings LLC, the entity he assisted in facilitating its $660 million purchase of Miramax Film Co. in 2010.
