Medical center sued over alleged sexual assault

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center has been hit with a lawsuit alleging a patient was sexually assaulted by a nursing assistant last year while recovering from a nine-hour surgery to remove a pancreatic tumor.

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center has been hit with a lawsuit alleging a patient was sexually assaulted by a nursing assistant last year while recovering from a nine-hour surgery to remove a pancreatic tumor.

The plaintiff's attorneys with AlderLaw PC have requested a jury trial on allegations of negligence, negligent supervision, negligent hiring, sexual assault and battery, medical malpractice and other claims.
