Wilson Sonsini, Latham handle Arista Networks IPO

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC is guiding longtime client Arista Networks Inc. through its planned $200 million initial public offering. Latham & Watkins LLP is advising the offering's underwriting syndicate.

PALO ALTO - Santa Clara-based computer networking equipment maker Arista Networks Inc. filed for an initial public offering Monday with counsel from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC.


The company, widely viewed as a competitor to Cisco Systems Inc., develops data center networking switches and software applications for businesses utilizing cloud computing technologies.
