Attorney prevails on malpractice appeal

A 4th District Court of Appeal panel reversed a judgment last week against a San Diego attorney over claims related to the negligence of her former law partner.

The 4th District Court of Appeal reversed a nearly $30,000 judgment against a San Diego attorney last week in a legal malpractice case related to the negligence of her former law partner.
