Anti-Defamation League throws awards gala
The Anti-Defamation League honored four women, including civil rights attorney, author and legal analyst Lisa Bloom, at its 20th annual Deborah Awards Dinner on March 19 at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills. Bloom, daughter of Los Angeles civil rights attorney Gloria Allred, was joined in the honor by Fung Der, managing director and regional executive of U.S. Trust Bank of America Private Wealth Management; Pooneh Mohajer, co-founder and chief operating officer of lifestyle brand Tokidoki; and Liane Weintraub, co-founder and CEO of Tasty Brand. The Deborah Awards are presented yearly to women whose leadership in their professions and civic contributions exemplify the ideals of the ADL. — Jason Armstrong
