The wait continues for a Fresno federal judge nominee

It's two years and counting since a Fresno federal judge announced he would take senior status. The Obama administration still hasn't nominated a replacement.

A year before he planned to take senior status and reduce his caseload, U.S. District Judge Anthony W. Ishii of Fresno wrote a letter to the president and to California senators letting them know to begin the process of finding his replacement.
